
Geandra Nobre, born and raised in Maré, is an actress and founder of Cia Marginal theater company.
Composed the casts of several shows, including “Você Faz Parte de Uma Guerra?”, “Qual é a Nossa Cara?”, “Ô,Lili”, “In_Trânsito”, “ Eles Não Usam Tênis Naique” and “Hoje Não Saio Daqui” .
In the audiovisual field, acted in and produced multiple works: “Das Nuvens Pra Baixo”, “Rosália Marginal”, “Relatos de Exílios”, “A Mulher do Fim do Mundo”, “Trancrição”, “Breves Miragens do Sol” and “Complexos”. Acted in and scripted the short documentary “14 de Março” and in the midst of the pandemic Geandra created the show Luas de Júpiter with Jô Bilac.
Nominated for the 5th Questão de Crítica award and the Faz Diferença award in the show “Hoje Não Saio Daqui”. In 2014, received a motion of praise from the Rio de Janeiro City Council for “representing the engagement in theater today” and in 2019 was honored at ALERJ with the Carolina Maria de Jesus Human Rights Award.
Since 2010 has been part of the “Coletivo e Espaço Comunitário Roça!” in Morro do Timbau – Maré
